Job summary

i2G Systems in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Technician to lead site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. You will work with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success, installing CCTV, access control, and related systems.

The role requires hands-on use of tools, mechanical aptitude, color vision, and the ability to travel as needed. You will document work performed and maintain equipment and keys securely while upholding

Qualifications

Hand and power tools experience is required.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and carry tools up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to distinguish colors.
Excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities

Installs, tests, and troubleshoots new CCTV, access control, and security systems.
Ensures that systems are installed properly and on time in accordance with Kastle's procedures and quality control standards.
Provides feedback and information to identify any potential barriers to timely execution of the project, such as construction delays or changes.
Provides accurate documentation for completed work.
Maintains assigned company-owned vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issue.
Maintains and protects building keys to customer buildings.
Communicates with customers, customer representatives, contractors and Kastle staff as necessary to install and test equipment.
Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures.
