Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Field Technician in Wisconsin to lead site management and installation of CCTV, access control, and security systems for new and existing clients while coordinating with internal teams, external teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, documenting work, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and ensuring timely installation in line with Kastle procedures and quality standards; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and carry tools up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to interface and communicate with customers and co-workers professionally.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and troubleshoots new CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Ensures that systems are installed properly and on time in accordance with Kastle's procedures and quality control standards.
• Provides feedback and information to identify any potential barriers to timely execution of the project, such as construction delays or changes.
• Provides accurate documentation for completed work.
• Maintains assigned company-owned vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issue.
• Maintains and protects building keys to customer buildings.
• Communicates with customers, customer representatives, contractors and Kastle staff as necessary to install and test equipment.
• Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures.
