Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology experience within CEC or similar company.
• 2 Industry certifications (i.e., NICET, Bicsi, CTS, etc.) (preferred)
• Industry certifications and trainings can/will be obtained during the first year of employment to meet the minimum qualifications when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review project information with key personnel to address questions and unknowns as required.
• Evaluate potential problems, impact, and solutions; coordinate resources, site access, PPE requirements and equipment with Project Manager as required.
• Review system functionality, schedule, and plan with customer; oversee site walk-throughs to verify locations and identify safety hazards.
• Verify understanding of the project plan and review milestones; oversee site walk-throughs for safety hazards when possible.
• Lead and follow daily work project plan with safe work practices; perform safety inspections and quality assurances.
• Inspect project installation and ensure adherence to CEC quality standards; mentor team members and finalize documentation.
• Create project punch lists, perform system testing, coordinate customer training, and finalize documentation.
• Perform basic programming, configuration and connect physical system to network as assigned.
• Assist with onsite training and mentoring of less experienced team members.
• Perform customer walk-throughs on project completion; obtain sign-off and verify fulfillment.
• Provide input to Project Manager on processes, tools, and improvements; support Sales and Engineering on improvements.
• Support Service ticket completion and participate in CEC's 24/7 On Call rotation.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
