You will review project plans, coordinate resources, perform site walk-throughs, mentor teammates, and support post-install support. This safety-sensitive role requires strong communication and hands-on technical ability, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology experience within Communications Engineering Company or a similar company.
• 2 industry certifications (NICET, Bicsi, CTS) preferred.
• Strong communication and general construction or mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation planning; ensure safety and quality.
• Inspect installation, test system, and finalize documentation.
• Provide onsite training and mentor junior staff.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotation.
