Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in commercial security systems installation or service.
• Networking skills and 1 year of programming access and video systems.
• Minimum factory/internal security system certifications to work independently.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Smartsheet; IP systems knowledge.
• Excellent customer service, urgency, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within guaranteed times and restore systems.
• Install systems according to Installation Standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Update tickets and communicate status to Customer Service.
• Account for company inventory and resources in possession.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections per policy.
• Assist with other technical support issues as needed.
• Attend to duties assigned by Regional Manager or executives.
