• Two years of experience in commercial security systems installation or service.
• Networking skills and 1 year programming access and video systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls within guaranteed response times and aims to restore systems to full functionality.
• Properly installs systems according to Tech Systems Installation Standards.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics.
• Adheres to Tech Systems policies and procedures.
• Identifies manufacturer revisions, upgrades, and installs independently.
• Communicates status and progress to the Customer Service Representative and updates tickets.
• Accurately accounts for company inventory and resources.
• Performs Preventive Maintenance inspections according to policy.
• Assists with other technical support issues as needed.
• Attends to other duties as assigned by Regional Manager or executive staff.
