TEKsystems is seeking a Service Technician in Tampa, FL to service and troubleshoot access control and IP-based video systems on commercial sites. The role requires hands-on electrical and IT network knowledge, field experience, and the ability to read schematics and CAD drawings.

You will travel to client sites with a company vehicle and provide onsite and remote diagnostics. This contract-to-hire position emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to installation standards.

Competenze

• High School Degree or Vocational training required.

Mansioni

• Travel to commercial client sites to service and repair access control equipment and IP-based video systems.
• Troubleshoot installations to identify issues and apply effective resolutions.
• Read electrical schematics, CAD drawings for low voltage applications.
• Provide phone and online remote diagnostic support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
