Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Service Technician to perform service, maintenance and diagnostics on access control and IP video systems at commercial sites. You will travel to client locations, troubleshoot installations, and provide remote support as needed.

The role requires 5+ years field experience, high school or equivalent, and the ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Onsite work in Kennesaw, GA with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, Vocational School or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems is preferred.
• Licensing or ability to obtain state-specific licenses.
• Understanding of Windows OS and IT networks.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on access control and IP video systems at commercial sites.
• Travel to client sites with company vehicle to perform service and repairs.
• Diagnose installations and apply effective resolutions per company standards.
• Document issues and maintain records of service activities.
• Provide remote diagnostic support and customer communication.
