Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Engineer 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will support system programming and manage high-performance networking configurations for federal, local and commercial customers.

In this multidisciplinary role, you will develop system requirements, collaborate with clients and partners, and prepare design packages, drawings, and test plans. Domestic and international travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• 0+ years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide system programming and management support for large scale networking infrastructures.
• Develop project requirements and design development with clients, partners, vendors and internal teams.
• Create Engineering Installation Design Packages including diagrams and schedules.
• Create Cable, Device, and Performance Verification Test Plans.
• Assist in site surveys, pre-installation testing, and project documentation.
