Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related experience or Master's with 3+ years; PhD with 0 years.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification required.
• Strong written and oral communication with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform tier one and two network and systems support as per SOPs.
• Support systems hosting complex databases, configuration control, and interfaces.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uptime.
• Coordinate with software engineers on fixes and changes; maintain security posture per STIGs.
