Classification: Full Time

Shift: Varies AM/PM/Overnight - including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Rate Range: $28.00 - $29.00

What will I be doing?

As a Security Supervisor, you will assist with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property. Your responsibilities include:

1. Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe potential safety and security risks.
2. Coordinate and lead responses to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
3. Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition.
4. Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, write reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
5. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
6. Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
