The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is searching for a Payroll Supervisor to join the Finance Team.

• Classification:Full-Time
• Shifts:Morning shifts, Monday to Friday
• The hourly pay range for this position:$36 to $38.50

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Excel proficiency
• Union hotel experience is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable of audit processes

What will I be doing

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will perform activities to support the Payroll and General Accounting functions. This is a full time on-site position.

• Processes hours and payroll for hotel team members.
• Reviews accuracy of payroll and deductions and reports all discrepancies to supervisor.
• Prepares payroll reports
• Conducts annual record retention procedures, assists in processing quarterly, year-end closings (Disability, W-2's)
• Processes tips and gratuities
