Job summary

The Cleveland Museum of Art seeks a Security Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the activities of on-duty Guards, monitor protection services and environmental systems, and report unsafe conditions to ensure the safety of the facility, collection, staff and visitors.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree and 2–3 years of related experience; 240 hour State of Ohio Private Police Commission preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• First-aid and CPR training is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all on-duty Guards.
• Monitor protection services and environmental systems and report unsafe conditions.
• Supervise protection and security of the facility, collection, staff and visitors.
