Job summary

Forest Park Forever in Saint Louis, MO seeks an experienced Security Supervisor to lead the security program at The Glade. This supervisory role protects people, assets and events across a 22-acre environment with offices, park spaces, and venues.

You will build a professional security team, enforce policies, coordinate with public agencies, and implement site-specific plans for a welcoming, safe visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School/GED.
• Preferred education: Some College.
• 5+ years in law enforcement and/or security operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience building teams, programs, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive security strategy for The Glade.
• Staff, schedule, supervise, and post orders for security personnel; ensure coverage of venue.
• Coordinate with Glade stakeholders, vendors, and staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and compliance with security policies.
• Manage third-party security vendors and contracts; enforce emergency response plans.
