Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Security Supervisor to support the Security Shift Manager, oversee on-shift staff, and assist with incidents and emergencies to keep guests and employees safe. Coaching, task assignment, and training coordination are key parts of the role.

This full-time position runs overnights, weekends and holidays. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $19.50 per hour, with 40 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire; Riverside is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: A.A. in Criminal Justice; 2 years related experience, or combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest Service to all customers and co-workers.
• Patrol property (casino, hotel, parking lot, and golf course) and ensure safety.
• Respond to radio and emergency calls; perform First Aid/CPR/AED when needed.
• Write incident reports and maintain documentation of daily activity logs.
• Supervise security personnel on shift and coordinate training.
• Schedule employees and approve payroll in the Shift Manager’s absence.
• Direct staff during incidents and emergencies; coordinate with police/fire as needed.
