Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with CCTV and alarm systems is essential, with Exacq Vision/IVMS/Synology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security team to ensure safe daily operations across RJW properties.
• Conduct regular CCTV monitoring and site inspections to safeguard facilities.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to ensure trailer processing and inventory tracking.
• Train new security personnel and provide ongoing security procedure training.
• Monitor access controls and alarm systems; coordinate security drills and emergencies.
