Job summary

Guardian Security Services Inc is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee Afternoon and Overnight shifts in the Chicagoland area. You will mentor Security Officers, ensure post instructions are followed, and maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism on every assignment.

The role requires a valid Illinois driver’s license, 25+ years of age, and the ability to operate a vehicle in congested areas. A pre-employment drug screen and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Security Officers to meet service expectations.
