Job summary

M1 Global is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site security teams and act as the primary liaison with the client facility management. The role includes ensuring safety, reporting incidents, and maintaining security operations at the site.

Responsibilities include training staff on emergency procedures, conducting inspections, and upholding company policies and performance standards in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Supervises uniform security staff and coordinates daily activities.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and incident reporting.
• Experience in security operations within logistics or industrial settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency response, evacuation, hazmat, fire safety, and reporting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.
• Conduct site inspections; document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
