Responsibilities

• Approach guests and team members with a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain attendance in compliance with Callaway standards.
• Record and report all security incidents with details.
• Ensure established security policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicate with other departments for safety coordination.
• Create and maintain security staff schedules.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
