Job summary

Six Flags Over Georgia is seeking an experienced Security Leader to oversee security operations, training, incident response, and guest service across all park shifts.

The role directs security team schedules, inspections, audits, and compliance with policies while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential. Experience in high-volume entertainment venues is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in security or similar role.
• Experience overseeing daily security operations in high-volume entertainment venues.
• Strong guest-service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations and guest safety across all shifts.
• Assist with department and site-specific officer training.
• Conduct audits, skills assessments, and performance reviews for Officers.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, policies, and park procedures.
• Enforce policies and maintain high standards of safety and service.
• Monitor team behavior and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct daily safety and operational audits to meet service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a Park Guest Service Ambassador.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Park leadership.
