Job summary

Callaway Gardens Resort, Inc. is seeking a security-focused professional to lead a team and ensure guest safety. You will motivate staff, resolve incidents, and coordinate with other departments to maintain safety across the property.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in security/hospitality, and a valid Georgia driver’s license. CPR/First Aid certification within six months is expected; OSHA training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality.
• High school diploma is required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid within six months of employment.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Callaway standards, as required by scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including uniform and nametag.
• Comply with Callaway standards and safety regulations at all times.
• Accurately record and report all security incidents and follow-up actions.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate safety/security matters.
• Maintain records of incidents, operations, and staff performance; review logs.
• Create and maintain safety personnel schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Attend meetings and training as required by supervisor or management.
