Description
- Must be at least 21 years ofage
- High School diploma or GED(required).
- Associates degree (A.A.) or higher preferred or equivalent from two (2) year collegeor technical school; or two (2) year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
- Minimum three (3) years’ security experience preferable in acasino.
- Additional experience including First Responder, EMT, Law Enforcement,Corrections, Militarypreferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using wholenumbers, common fractions anddecimals.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups or managers, customers and the generalpublic.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or scheduleform.

Requirements
- Must learn, comprehend and comply with all tribal security policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations andrequirements.
- Assist in overseeing security operations on a day-to-day bases as well as specialevents.
- Provide protection to Tribal Members, Team Members, customers, and tribalproperty.
- Monitor all activities for unauthorized removal ofproperty.
- Write detailed reports on accidents, administers first aid, and provides assistanceas required.
- Enforce all Tribal, City, County, State, and Federal Laws and/or ordinanceswhere applicable.
- Inspect fire suppression equipment on a daily basis to insure it isoperational.
- Inspect all areas for safety and fire hazards; files reports onsame.
- Write detailed reports regarding incidents of theft, injury, property damageetc.
- Guard transfer of money and chips from Casino Pit to Main Cage and othervenues.
- Transport Team Members to drug and alcohol testing, asrequested.
- Administer Reasonable Suspicion and/or Workplace Accident drug and alcoholtests.
- Provide courteous service and is cordial to all Tribal Members, Team Membersand guests.
- Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to ourguests.
- Good public relations skills; professional appearance anddemeanor.
- Communicate effectively both orally and inwriting.
- Shallbepoliteandmaintainaprioritysysteminacceptingother position relatedjob duties asassigned.
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY & RESTRICTIONS
- Theschedulingofpersonnel,coaching,counseling,trainingandevaluationsaswell as tracking ofattendance.
- Assist in the overall safety of Tribal Members, guests, Team Members and security of tribalassets.
- Review officer’s reports for accuracy as well ascontent.
WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
- While performing the duties of this job the Team Member is occasionally exposedto moving mechanicalparts.
- The noise level in the work environment is usuallyloud.
- Must be available to work in a smoke-filledenvironment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events asneeded.

Assist the Security Director in overseeing all security issues on Tribal property. Filling in for other Tribal Security Supervisors who are on vacation or sick leave, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all Tribal Members, guests and Team members as well as protection of Rain Rock Casino & Hotel assets, and those assets on other Tribal properties while performing the followingduties:
