Securitas USA is seeking a Site Security Supervisor in Fond du Lac, WI. The role leads on-site security officers, enforces protocols, and coordinates patrols to ensure full coverage.

The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Prior security supervision and advanced computer skills are preferred for effective site management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

Primary Location: Fond du lac, WI

Wage: $19.50/HR

What Your Day May Look Like
