Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Supervisor in Ripon, WI. This full-time role leads a team of security officers on site, ensuring compliance with post orders and protocols while maintaining daily activity logs and incident documentation.

The position requires at least 1 year of security/supervisor experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to professional conduct. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of security and supervisor experience needed.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a highly professional manner.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.

• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

What Your Day May Look Like
