Position Details

Immediate opening for a Security Supervisor at Dulles International Airport. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and prepare daily security operations, including staffing and resource allocation.
2. Communicate plans and assignments to the team before shifts.
3. Ensure all personnel have necessary PPE and are properly trained.
4. Maintain compliance with TSA, CBP, and other relevant security procedures.
5. Conduct security audits and tests to ensure compliance and pass rates.
6. Address operational issues promptly and effectively.
7. Prepare and submit shift reports to management.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with TSA regulations, airport security, and audit processes.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong management and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work nonstandard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
