At Sunrise, our Security team member is responsible for providing security services and ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

OVERNIGHT SHIFT

Responsibilities:

1. Promoting and guarding the community property
2. Assessing against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by unauthorized persons
3. Meeting and/or exceeding Sunrise service quality standards

Qualifications:

1. Two (2) years of job-related experience preferred
2. Ability to handle multiple priorities
3. Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
4. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
5. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
6. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new applications
7. Competent in organizational and time management skills
8. Demonstrates good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; ability to deal with issues involving several variables in standardized situations
9. Ability to contribute in a team-based environment and actively participate in community meetings and workshops
