Qualifications

• Familiarity with safety, security procedures and incident reporting

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues
• Maintain a safe, friendly and efficient store environment
• Document security incidents promptly using case management tools
• Respond to theft or security incidents and support store leadership as needed
• Move merchandise safely and support loss prevention efforts
• Follow AP policies to prevent theft and shortages at the front of the store
