Job summary

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to protect guests, team members and assets while delivering a friendly shopping experience. You will monitor for theft, respond to incidents and document actions using Target's case management tools.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible, physically demanding schedule including nights and weekends. Training will cover security procedures and incident response.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist guests in finding what they need.
• Respond to security incidents and document them accurately in the case management system.
• Maintain safety standards and de-escalate situations while protecting guests and team members.
