Job summary

Target Security Specialist at Target stores protects guests, team members, and assets while maintaining a safe shopping environment. You will respond to incidents, use de-escalation techniques, and document cases in the case management system to support loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Greet guests at various distances and initiate helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and thank them after transactions.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive attitude.
• Promote security culture and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Document incidents in the case management system following AP policy.
• Understand Target's video surveillance system.
• Perform other duties as needed.
