You will be responsible for loss prevention, incident response, and using surveillance systems to monitor activities throughout the store. The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and flexibility for nights/weekends.

You will need strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Training covers de-escalation and safe operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues.
• Respond to security incidents and document in case management systems.
• Use Target's video surveillance system to monitor store areas.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed.
• Support store operations and maintain a safe guest environment.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
