Target in Westminster, CO is hiring a Security Specialist to protect guests and assets. You will use intelligence-led tactics, document incidents, and support store leadership to maintain a safe environment.

Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills. Flexible shifts, training provided, and opportunities for growth within Asset Protection.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilités

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, smile, eye contact, warm interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Promote a physical security culture and uphold safety standards store-wide.
• Respond to security incidents promptly and document them in the case system.
• Use Target's video surveillance system and report findings.
• Conduct merchandise control and assist with theft prevention per AP policy.
• Submit documentation in the case management system following AP procedures.
