Key responsibilities include de-escalation, incident documentation, and theft prevention while complying with AP policies and safety standards. Training programs are provided to help you succeed in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with questions
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Promote a safe and secure store environment and document incidents promptly in case management systems
• Conduct merchandise checks to prevent theft and support AP policies
