Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure/requirements.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other tech devices.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Using intelligence-led tactics to keep team members and guests safe and secure.
• Crisis response, safety and crowd management; provide support to guests and team members.
• De-escalation and experience with security controls and culture.
• Using Target's video surveillance system.
• Timely and accurate case documentation in case management systems.
