Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure requirements as applicable.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Diligently document incidents in the case management system per AP policy.
• Promote a safe, secure store environment and adherence to policies.
• Respond to security incidents and de-escalate when needed.
• Support merchandise protection and theft-prevention efforts as required.
