• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.

• Greet guests and assist with finding what they need to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and provide support as needed.
• Promote a physical security culture and maintain safe standards throughout the store.
• Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using case management systems.
• Leverage de-escalation tactics and security resources to handle incidents across the store.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed.
• Submit documentation in the case management system following AP policy.
• Understand and use Target's video surveillance system.
