Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need.
• Resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Document security incidents accurately in the case management system.
• Respond to security incidents and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Prevent theft and perform merchandise receipt checks following AP policies.
• Operate Target's video surveillance system and support loss prevention efforts.
• Collaborate with store leadership and local public safety officials as needed.
