Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Project Coordinator for its security business unit. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating CCTV-related projects, scheduling, and tracking work orders.

You will manage communications with on-site personnel and ensure tasks stay within scope while tracking costs and warranties. The position requires 2+ years of customer service/dispatch experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Navigate computer based ticketing system.
• Experience managing schedules.
• Strong multi-tasking and documentation skills.
• Detail oriented and analytic problem solver.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Customer service attitude.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end user/customer-reported issues via inbound and outbound phone and email communications.
• Determine the appropriate course of action and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate projects related to security solutions (i.e. CCTV systems) including scheduling and equipment orders, onsite communication, status updates, and scope adherence.
• Perform data entry in workflow system for transactions and tasks, logging activity, reporting, generating work orders, shipments and other tasks.
• Manage costs, margins and budget on individual or group work orders; handle warranty and non-warranty ownership of all billable items and services.
