Job summary

Pavion Corp in Lee's Summit, Missouri, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our security business unit. You will respond to end users via phone and email, coordinate CCTV projects, and manage workflow entries to support service delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service/dispatch or tech support, a High School Diploma, and the ability to navigate a ticketing system. You will handle scheduling, ordering, and progress updates while monitoring costs and warranties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Able to navigate computer based ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end user/customer-reported issues via inbound and outbound phone and email communications (i.e. updating customers, providing instruction, tech support, coaching, negotiating, etc.)
• Determine the appropriate course of action and follow through to ensure resolution
• Coordinate projects related to security solutions (i.e. CCTV systems) to include scheduling, ordering equipment, communicating with onsite personnel, updating customer on status, ensuring work completed per scope
• Perform data entry in workflow system for transactions and tasks, logging activity, reporting, generating work orders, shipments and other tasks related to a service request
• Manage costs, margin and budget on individual or group work orders as well as handling warranty and non-warranty ownership of all billable items and services incurred to complete a service scope
