Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Security Solutions Engineer to strengthen the security posture of customer IT environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring health, performance, and optimization of key security solutions while helping customers maximize value.

You will manage implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvements of DLP and CASB technologies, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative, scalable security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with DLP or CASB technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for DLP and CASB technologies, guiding customers and internal teams.
• Lead troubleshooting for customer environments, including upgrades, patching, and break/fix scenarios.
• Design, configure, and optimize DLP and CASB policies and detection logic.
