Qualifications

• 3+ years as Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services in cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering complex technical DLP/endpoint security solutions.
• Hands-on with multiple DLP products (Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, etc.).
• Knowledge of data classification and policy definition for DLP.
• Strong project management and meeting strict timelines.
• Deep technical background in SaaS security and endpoint agents.
• Proficient with web tech, APIs, and data integration.
• GCP, MacOS and Windows ecosystems knowledge (MDM, GPO, Intune).
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent certs; 3+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration for Cyberhaven solution in clients' environments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and tailor datasets and policies.
• Use log analysis and debugging to identify root causes; coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Partner with developers, PMs, and support to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Provide technical training to end users to maximize tool adoption and ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor providing best practices and strategic guidance to clients.
• Conduct progress updates and review meetings; manage client escalations as primary contact.
• Escalate and resolve technical issues with development and support to ensure client operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements to offer insights.
