We are conducting a key search for our client, a leading enterprise cybersecurity company. They are expanding their customer engineering organization.

This Professional Services Engineer will play a vital role in deploying their security platform at major global companies across the country. The role involves working with cutting-edge technology, solving complex technical and business problems, and gaining exposure to various industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with customers and team members to execute implementations and enhancements.
2. Participate in all aspects of implementation design, setup, and review to ensure success.
3. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships at various organizational levels.
4. Work with client teams to resolve technical and system-related inquiries.
5. Engage in new product launches and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Marketing.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Deep experience with SOC and cybersecurity ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Linux command line skills.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC products (ArcSight, Splunk, QRadar, AlienVault, etc.) is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
