Job summary

Neo Security is seeking a Social Media Manager to define our voice across LinkedIn, X, and security channels, managing day-to-day content and engagement.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and founders to amplify launches, events, and thought leadership, turning conversations into pipeline and brand awareness. The role requires writing with a distinct brand voice and the ability to measure impact across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing social media for a B2B SaaS, tech, or security company.
• Excellent writing with adaptable tone across formats (short posts, threads, scripts, captions).
• Strong LinkedIn/X best practices for a technical audience.
• Experience using social analytics and scheduling tools.
• Comfort ghostwriting content with executives and engineers.
• Based in the United States and able to work across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy, voice, and content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
• Write, design (with support), and publish daily/weekly content, including updates, thought leadership, event recaps, and posts.
• Grow and engage Neo Security's channels, respond to comments/DMs, build relationships with practitioners and influencers.
• Partner with Product Marketing on launches and campaign amplification; with Field Marketing for events and webinars.
• Run an executive/employee advocacy and ghostwriting program for founders and experts.
• Monitor conversations for real-time engagement opportunities and coordinate rapid-response content.
• Track channel performance and use data to refine strategy.
• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, or contractors.
• Stay on top of platform changes and emerging channels and advise investments.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and security credibility.
