Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to grow its voice across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. You will own the social strategy, calendar, and content creation process, partnering with marketing, events, and People teams to engage MSPs, IT and security pros and partners.

You’ll craft videos and posts, manage advocacy programs, monitor trends, and drive social growth with a data-driven approach. Willingness to travel up to 25% for events is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing social media as your primary role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building social media programs using best practices and modern tools.
• Strong organizational skills—owning a content calendar, asset library, and multiple campaigns.
• Working knowledge of social SEO fundamentals and copywriting best practices.
• Experience with social listening and social advocacy platforms.
• Comfort using AI tools for ideation, drafting, and day-to-day content workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for industry events and conferences.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow Blackpoint Cyber's social channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube) with a minimum of 5 posts per week.
• Craft, schedule, and publish original content including short-form video and images.
• Plan content calendars with cross-functional collaborators and real-time content around events.
• Conduct social listening to track brand activity and engage on LinkedIn.
• Build and moderate Reddit community in coordination with partner marketing.
• Manage stakeholder requests for content and coordinate with creative teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on social performance monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
