Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee uniformed security operations at a client site, ensuring safety and contract compliance. You will lead a security team, manage scheduling, training, and incident response to maintain high service quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, and the ability to pass licensing requirements. A strong focus on communication and cost-efficient operations is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Ability to pass state licensing test if driving company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site: staffing, scheduling, on-site training for AUS personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements required by contract are met.
• Maintain overtime at or below designated levels.
• Regularly inspect personnel and job performance for quality of service.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
