Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client location in Austin, TX. You will manage staffing, training, performance, and contract compliance to ensure quality service and security at the site.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security-related industry or an Associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, surveys, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those supervised.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations.
• Advise on security surveys and post orders.
