Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for a client site in Orange, Texas. You will lead on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and high service standards.

The role emphasizes payroll oversight, incident reporting, and post-order execution across shifts. The position requires 5+ years of security and supervisory experience, TSA TWIC if applicable, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass State-required training or licensing.
• Pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21 if armed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and resolve disciplinary actions or commendations.
