Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking a security supervisor to oversee site personnel and ensure comprehensive coverage. The role requires knowledge of post duties, emergency procedures, and site-specific operations, with responsibility for scheduling, inspections, and reporting.

The right candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required, and leadership training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate scheduling flexibility with potential on-call responsibilities.
• Attend Admiral/ADM Leadership training or complete it successfully.
• Internal candidates must have an exemplary record with no disciplines within a year.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security program operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and have full knowledge of the assigned site.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts to ensure full coverage.
• Inspect officers, uniforms, licenses, and appearances for compliance.
• Review and sign reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Audit daily report entries for timeliness and thoroughness.
• Review post orders and recommend changes to senior management.
• Address major disciplinary issues or safety concerns promptly.
