The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and security software. This is a full-time position in a 24/7 environment requiring flexibility.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible scheduling; on-call 24/7 possible.
• Attend Admiral Leadership training.
• Internal candidates must have an exemplary record.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and site security programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain equipment used by security officers.
• Assist with staffing all posts to ensure coverage.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
• Inspect officer appearance, licenses and uniforms.
• Review and sign daily reports for accuracy and clarity.
• Audit daily entries for completeness and legibility.
• Review Post orders and recommend changes to management.
• Report disciplinary issues to the Senior Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
