Job summary

You will inspect officer appearances, licenses, and uniforms, review daily reports, and ensure timely and accurate documentation. Candidates should have prior supervisory experience or related field expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Scheduling flexibility; 24/7 coverage possible.
• Leadership training completed or willingness to attend ADM Leadership training.
• Internal candidates must have exemplary performance with no disciplines within a year.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Multitask efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and security programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more security officers and know all site post duties.
• Assist with staffing to ensure full coverage across posts.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
• Conduct inspections of officers, licenses and uniforms.
• Review reports and sign-in sheets for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure daily reports are timely and thorough; audit entries.
• Review post orders and recommend changes to senior management.
• Report disciplinary issues or inappropriate conduct to Senior Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
