Job summary

Admiral Security Services seeks an experienced security supervisor to oversee assigned officers and manage site operations. The role requires thorough knowledge of the property, post orders, and emergency procedures to ensure secure, compliant coverage.

The ideal candidate will be able to schedule staff, inspect licenses and uniforms, and review reports for accuracy. Military or related supervisory experience is welcomed; a college degree can offset some experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership training or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of security supervisory experience or related field.
• Military management background may count as experience.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and security programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security officers and ensure knowledge of the site, post orders, emergency contacts, procedures, and duties.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment (keys, key cards, cell phones, radios, etc.).
• Staff all posts to ensure full coverage and optimize scheduling of officers.
• Inspect officer appearances, licenses, and uniforms; review written reports for clarity and completeness.
• Audit daily reports entries for timely, thorough, and accurate documentation; escalate issues as needed.
